We prepare teenagers for the economy they're actually going to inherit.
The first rung of the career ladder is being automated away. Entry-level analysis, admin, copywriting and support work — the jobs a generation used to learn on — are disappearing. What remains is deeply human: judgement, persuasion, resilience, relationships, and the nerve to build something.
Those things can be taught. They just aren't, in most schools. So we teach them, live, in small rooms, to teenagers — before the stakes get high.

Practice beats theory
Every session ends with a teen doing something uncomfortable and surviving it. Confidence is evidence, not affirmation.
Small rooms, high standards
Cohorts stay small on purpose. Nobody coasts, nobody hides, and every teen gets coached by name.
Skills with compound interest
Persuasion, money sense, resilience and networks pay out for decades — not just until the next exam.
